What is your production time for your products?
We create our products with the utmost quality and attention to detail. Our typical turn around time is 10-14 days.  If you do not reside in the area and shipping is required, please allow an ADDITIONAL 2-4 days for shipping.  If expedited service is required please contact us directly, gallengirlzboutique@yahoo.com.

 
What if I have a design in mind but I don't see it on your website?
Please contact us to discuss your design. We are able to customize most of our products to fit any color scheme.  If we don't have what you are looking for, we can work together to create a design that would be perfect for you.

Can I get one of your designs with different ribbon?
No problem, just tell me what design you want and what kind of ribbon you would like and we’ll do our best to match it. Please email us or put your fabric preferences in the comments box.

What colors are available for flip flops?

All of our products are produced on black or brown flat style flip flops determined by ribbon color unless otherwise specified. 

Can I provide my own flip flops?
We provide black or brown flat style flip flops.  In certain instances, if you prefer a different style or color exceptions may be made.  Please notify us directly so we can discuss this on a case by case basis.

What service do you use to ship your products?
I use the U.S. Postal Service's 2-3 day service. Insurance is not standard. If you would like postal insurance, please contact me for that service. The cost of insurance is extra.

If I live in St. Charles or St. Louis, can I pick up my shirt and not pay for shipping?
Yes, please indicate "pick up" on your order.
